My experience in the Real Estate market began as a financial investment, then progressed successfully into upgrading multiple properties. Whether it was finding that diamond in the rough with a lot of potential or just lucky enough to find a great property at a great price. I always made them my home during the time between finding contractors for needed work or doing my own DIY projects. AND I LOVED IT! What better decision to make than become a realtor and do something I’m so passionate about.

I’m very familiar with both the process of selling a home and buying a home. I know how to listen and acknowledge my clients needs and desires. That was very important to me as I went through my own journeys, so I get it! As an agent, I’ve had sales that were completed within a month and others that took almost a year. I’m in it for whatever the time line to help you reach your goals!

I moved out to Florida ten years ago from the beautiful ( but cold) Lake Tahoe area. And yes, a lot of it was the craving for the sun, water and lush greenery but I wasn’t sad about not ever having to dig my car out of the snow again. And I needed to get back to my roots. I was born and raised in Alabama, (Roll Tide!) My family would vacation in Destin, Fl every year and I have a lot wonderful memories of the sugar white sand, blue skies and warm Gulf of Mexico water. So Pensacola in the Florida panhandle was my end destination. I have intimate knowledge of the area and a strong desire to make my home your new home!!
