I am a native of the Tampa Bay area having been born and raised here. Throughout the years, I have also lived in other states and countries, including the UK and Asia. In the end, though, I returned here, because to me, there is no better place on earth to live. As an avid fisherman, tennis player and overall outdoor enthusiast, I have come to understand the value of living in this area.

Prior to becoming an agent, I had bought and sold real estate for myself and my family here, throughout the country and internationally. With that, I have been able to discern the agents that add value vs those that are just along for the ride. I have also helped friends in their search for properties in the area by both identifying the best local agents as well as accompanying them on their showings or by going for them if they lived remotely. I found that I had the ability to quickly identify their likes and dislikes and could help them in their decision process. Not everyone likes the same things and there is a balance and compromise that comes with most home purchases – price, location, size, included and nearby amenities, accessibility, community demographics just to name a few. It was the satisfaction that I felt in seeing my friends ending up in homes that truly fit them that led me to becoming an agent.

As the daughter of a professional interior designer, I have inherited my mother’s great sense of space and style. Throughout this journey, I have seen how significantly the presentation of properties can affect the way a buyer sees it. Although experienced buyers can see past clutter and have design ideas, many of the friends and clients have not. My ‘good eye’ has been helpful with buyers in seeing the bigger vision and full potential of the home. As a Listing Agent, I offer the same value and make sure to assist my sellers in staging their homes to appeal to the broadest set of buyers.
